This is a sneak preview of a workshop project for March, a cute little treat tube. Stampin' Up! gave us the instructions for this item in our latest issue of Stampin' Success magazine. I was so excited to try it out with my own stamp collection.
I created my own Workshop Wizard for February. Sorry that I am posting it so late into February, but it has been a busy month for me! Aren't you so glad that Stampin' Success is giving us more details on workshop ideas? I am! Another year for Valentine card-making has come and gone. Here were a few chances I got to snap photos in all the chaos. At one point I had four co-workers crowded around the top of this file cabinet "table" and four more hovering nearby for their chance to use the supplies. There were a lot of laughs and, frankly, some of them just did not want to quit stamping!!!
Finally getting a chance to play with my free stamp set that I earned from the Book-A-Thon! I also earned some colored brads that I used to fill in the flower punch Very cute! This uses all the colors from the Getting Started paper collection in the IB&C. I think this would work for a workshop that only demonstrated two projects.
Here are a few CASEs from the February Stampin' Success issue. It was good to recreate these to get some practice with the new Framelits dies. I found that the Dotto adhesive works for me to secure the paper to the cutting pad and the frame to the paper.
