Cherish Friendship, Sincere Salutations card

Here is my variation on one of the cards in September's Workshop Wizard. I did not own the stamp sets, Texturz plate, pastels, or linen thread that were listed but I think I did a pretty good job with the supplies I did have!

Sincere Salutations Quilted Cards

Cards for a co-worker CASED from a Lisa P. post on Stampin' Connection. My co-worker is a quilter and wants some get well cards to send. Thank you very much, Lisa.

Close to Nature, Canvas, Sincere Salutations cards

This set of cards will be a gift. I think I prefer using background stamps (or creating my own backgrounds) better than using decorative papers. I guess I am a purist when it comes to that. This is another project that you can recreate by looking at the photo. I distressed the edges of the layered gray piece just by running my fingernail along the edges of it after it was attached. I do that with a lot of my projects. The image is elevated with Stampin' Dimensionals. Colors: Ruby Red (retired), So Saffron, Old Olive, and Marina Mist. Basic Grey ink on gray paper. Basic Black for image and sentiment. I'm waiting to purchase God's Blessings to stamp on the inside.
