Working with tangles of high contrast

The new black tile class kit is working better with high contrast tangles.

Student Tangle Sunday had to take a back seat today so I could post my St. Patrick's Day Eve tile using two Irish-y looking tangles. Tune in next Sunday for more student items!

I definitely won't be teaching Auraknot anytime soon. I like the look of my attempt at it, so I'm posting it anyway. Knotty tangles for St. Patrick's Day weekend!

Zenstone Chalk did not yield good signature results either. I'll try a charcoal pencil next. I think there are characteristics of Scena that can be seen in Aquafleur. I'll be testing that tangle next. Then it is all celtic knot style tangles for St. Patrick's Day! I will say that there is a definite learning curve with the Gelly Roll pen to paper. Be sure to practice it enough and it will get better!

Still trying to get the hang of initialing the front with the Gelly Roll Pen. Might have to switch to the Zenstone for that.
