Critters in the Forest Card

Here is another birthday card which is a cased design from Mary F. , an amazing Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I look at her blog on a daily basis and this card helped me get acquainted with my new Woodgrain embossing folder and my Apothecary Accents Framelits dies and paper piercing templates. Thanks, Mary!

Lawnscaping Fall Blog Hop

Welcome to my stop on the Lawnscaping Fall Blog Hop . You should have come to me by way of Christiana . We've had some great sleeping weather here in central Massachusetts. What about you? I was inspired by that, the covered bridge (a big thing here in New England) showing the row of support beams, and the vibrant yellow-orange colors. I made the hammocks out of the bottoms of the snowmen in the Making Frosty Friends set. Let me know if you need me to explain how. Also, the snowman arms are the rakes. Now, head on over to Danielle . If you've gotten off-track, don't worry! Head back to the Lawnscaping blog  to see the complete list of designers and prize information! This hop runs from Friday, October 5th, all the way until Sunday, October 7th. Make sure to comment on all of the blogs to be eligible for some FANTASTIC prizes! All of the details can be found on the Lawnscaping home page.

Critters in the Forest, Belinda's Borders, Hats Off to You card

Playing with my latest order of Lawn Fawn stamps. So very, very cute. I had a little trouble lining up Belinda' Borders. I think I am going to have to order some grid decals for my clear blocks. This card also uses Stampin' Up's 2012-2014 InColor palatte, which is an ink set that uses foam pads, not felt! Progress! Stamps: Lawn Fawn; Supplies: Stampin' Up!

Critters in the Forest Card

I've been trying to make cards from all the scrappy bits of paper I have filling up my bins. This gave me a chance to try the paper piecing ideas that I have been seeing everyone doing lately. Can never have too many thank you notecards, too! Stamps: Lawn Fawn; Supplies: Stampin' Up!
