Mom's turning 80

Okay, this is a BIG deal! Pauline (mom) turns 80 this July 7th and I want you to draw a picture of her and send it to her! You know she is always stamping, doodling and writing cards to you all! It’s time to make her day with bunches of happy handmade mail! Let me know if you need her address! We're talking stick figures and silly sketches. She will love them. Stay tuned for pics of mom to inspire your drawings!

Back to stamping!

We're working on some card making classes over at Clayground. This uses Lawn Fawn and Hero Arts stamps and Stampin' Up! Supplies. It demonstrates a direct to paper technique.

Tangling the winter away!

Had a great time last Thursday night at the Oxford Public Library teaching an introductory Zentangle class for a room of enthusiastic students. Intro classes are also held every first Friday night of the month at Clayground of Worcester, MA. Visit goclayground.com for more information.

Zentangle study with Pendrills, Ixorus, Knight's Bridge and Cirquital

Pendrills are a good way to build a string. Also used a 2B pencil here. Don't forget to register for Friday night's Intro to Zentangle class at Clayground! Call 508-755-7776.

Mid-day Monotangle: Tink

A good New Year's resolution for Zentangle enthusiasts: a mid-day monotangle. Practice one tangle during a lunch break!

Student Tangle Sunday: Jacqueline C. (and young helper)

So pleased when students show me practices they have completed outside of class. This one was a group effort as the student introduced Zentangle to a young lady, and together they tangled for a very long time. Everyone was quite impressed with the process as well as the result. Zentangle is definitely something to share with all ages. Please spread the word to interested parties: Intro to Zentangle will be taught Friday December 12 from 7-9pm at Clayground in Worcester. Call 508-755-7776 to register. BYOB optional and pet friendly.
